Suicide Squad ISEKAI Anime Reveals 3rd Trailer, Visual, Ending Theme Artist Ahead of July 2024 Debut

The Suicide Squad ISEKAI anime is officially set to bring antiheroes to the forefront in July 2024, and ahead of that we have another look at the upcoming series from WIT Studio. The third official trailer arrived along with a new key visual and theme song info, with VTuber Mori Calliope lined up to perform the ending theme.

Mori Calliope shared a message to go along with the announcement of ending theme "Go-Getters":

When I first debuted, one of my biggest dreams was to someday write and perform songs for anime. I didn’t actually think it would come true, but I always hoped. This song is a vibrant celebration of feelings I’ve learned to treasure while being an artist- be yourself, unapologetically and without shame. Even if people villainize you, live loud and proud and be true to yourself. These are words I needed to hear myself, and so I wrote them for myself and for all of us. Please enjoy the electrifying beats provided by Giga and Teddyloid, as well!

Suicide Squad ISEKAI is being directed by Eri Osada at WIT Studio with original character designs by Akira Amano (PSYCHO-PASS), scripts by Vivy -Fluorite Eye's Song- writing team Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara, character designs adapted for animation by Naoto Hosoda and music by Kenichiro Suehiro. The series is set to air in 2024 and is described as such:

In the crime-ridden city of Gotham, Amanda Waller, the head of A.R.G.U.S., has assembled a group of notorious criminals for a mission: Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Peacemaker, Clayface, and King Shark. These Super-Villains are sent into an otherworldly realm that’s connected to this world through a gate. It’s a world of swords and magic where orcs rampage and dragons rule the skies—an “ISEKAI”!

With lethal explosives planted in their necks, there’s no running or hiding, and failing the mission means a one-way ticket to the afterlife!
